All while being as light and comfortable as a running shoe. These are extremely durable shoes, as they are impact proof, nail resistant, and puncture resistant. With features like a steel toe, and slip resistance, our unique lightweight combination of features makes these perfect for things like construction work, carpentry, and manual labor.

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers insured USA and International Shipping with tracking.

US/UK/AU: 7-15 business days

Worldwide: 15-20 business days

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch. Thank you for shopping with us, it's our job to deliver what you expect.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here due to COVID-19. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over! 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Question:Can I amend my order?

Answer:Our staffs work speedily to get all orders processed and shipped out,therefore we are unable to change anything once order have been processed, such as shipping details, quantity of item, color and diopter counts.

Question:When can I get the parcel?
Answer:It will take 10-20 days for shipment on normal situation. Actually we are unable to control the shipping speed, it depends on destination country handling time.


Question:Where is my order and How can I track?

Answer:1.All of placed orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.Some items with high prescription and shortage may expereince possibly delayed dispatch for 2-3 days because of customization and stocking. Please understand.
